  • 1 can of heavy cream;
  • 200g of 70% dark chocolate;
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract;
  • 100% cocoa powder, to taste.

Directions:

  1. Heat the heavy cream over low heat;
  2. Cook without boiling, stirring gently;
  3. Break up the chocolate bars and set aside in a glass container;
  4. Mix the heavy cream with the chocolate;
  5. Stir until the chocolate melts and becomes creamy;
  6. Let it cool and refrigerate for 2 hours;
  7. Roll it into balls with your hands and roll it in cocoa powder;
  8. Place it on a baking sheet and refrigerate for another 2 hours;
