Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups of almond flour;
  • 6 tablespoons of butter;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1/2 cup of xylitol;
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract;
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened chocolate chips.

Directions:

  • In a mixer, combine the xylitol and butter. Mix well;
  • Add the egg and vanilla and mix;
  • Add the flour;
  • Mix well until the batter is smooth;
  • Add the chocolate chips and mix;
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper;
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 12 minutes or until golden brown. (Cooking time varies depending on the oven and the thickness of the cookies.)
