Ingredients:
80g 85% cocoa chocolate;
60g unsalted butter;
3 eggs;
1 tablespoon cocoa powder;
80g almond flour;
1 teaspoon vanilla extract;
2 tablespoons sweetener (xylitol or erythritol);
1/2 cup chopped walnuts;
salt to taste

Directions:
- Melt 1/2 cup chocolate and butter in a double boiler;
- Stir well to combine;
- Beat 3 eggs and mix into the chocolate;
- Add the almond flour, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, salt, sweetener, and walnuts;
- Mix well;
- Place the batter in a rectangular baking pan lined with parchment paper;
- Spread the batter;
- Add the remaining chopped chocolate;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 20 minutes;
- Unmold after cooling.
