Low Carb Brownie Recipe – Easy, Guilt-Free & Delicious

Another low-carb recipe for those who want to indulge in a totally healthy treat! Even better if that treat is a low-carb brownie!

Ingredients:

80g 85% cocoa chocolate;
60g unsalted butter;
3 eggs;
1 tablespoon cocoa powder;
80g almond flour;
1 teaspoon vanilla extract;
2 tablespoons sweetener (xylitol or erythritol);
1/2 cup chopped walnuts;
salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Melt 1/2 cup chocolate and butter in a double boiler;
  2. Stir well to combine;
  3. Beat 3 eggs and mix into the chocolate;
  4. Add the almond flour, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, salt, sweetener, and walnuts;
  5. Mix well;
  6. Place the batter in a rectangular baking pan lined with parchment paper;
  7. Spread the batter;
  8. Add the remaining chopped chocolate;
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 20 minutes;
  10. Unmold after cooling.
