Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups of almond flour;
- 6 tablespoons of butter;
- 1 egg;
- 1/2 cup of xylitol;
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract;
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened chocolate chips.

Directions:
- In a mixer, combine the xylitol and butter. Mix well;
- Add the egg and vanilla and mix;
- Add the flour;
- Mix well until the batter is smooth;
- Add the chocolate chips and mix;
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 12 minutes or until golden brown. (Cooking time varies depending on the oven and the thickness of the cookies.)
