Ingredients:
6 eggs;
200ml coconut milk;
200g heavy cream;
1/2 cup shredded coconut;
Sweetener to taste.

Directions:
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth;
- Add 1/2 cup shredded coconut;
- Caramelize the pudding mold (with diet caramelizing powder);
- Pour everything into the caramelized mold;
- Bake in a bain-marie at 200°C until firm;
- Remove from the mold after cooling.
