Keto Garlic Bread: Guilt Free Low Carb food hack!

Are you at a barbecue and can’t go without eating garlic bread? Then this recipe is for you who are on a low carb diet!

Many people still say that garlic bread is the highlight of a barbecue. So, to avoid putting anyone off their diet, we have put together this low carb recipe!

So, let’s get to the recipe!

Ingredients:

  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped onion;
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder;
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic;
  • 6 tablespoons of coconut milk;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 8 tablespoons of almond flour;
  • Oregano (optional).

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, add the coconut milk, eggs and mix well. Then, add the garlic, onion and almond flour.
  2. Mix well until you have a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Add salt and oregano and mix well.
  4. Add yeast and stir lightly.
  5. Pour the mixture into greased and floured molds.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Wait for it to cool and serve!
