Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas;
- 2 cups almond flour;
- 4 eggs;
- 200ml coconut milk;
- 2 chopped apples;
- 1 cup rolled oats;
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon;
- 1 tablespoon baking powder.
Directions:
- Beat the eggs in a blender;
- Then add the peeled bananas and blend again;
- Next, add the coconut milk and oats. Blend until smooth;
- Add the cinnamon and the chopped apple with the peel and blend again;
- Mix the yeast until well combined;
- Pour into a greased pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at medium heat for 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
