Another low carb recipe! That chocolate pie on Sunday is always good! And it’s even better if it’s low carb.
This pie is delicious! It’s creamy and has a crunchy crust similar to a brownie.
And the best part is that it only requires a few ingredients and you can eat it without fear of interfering with your low carb diet.
Ingredients for the filling:
- 1/2 avocado;
- 110g of 70% cocoa chocolate;
Ingredients for the dough:
- 1 cup of coconut flour;
- 1 cup of chickpea flour;
- 3 tablespoons of sweet cassava starch;
- 6 tablespoons of coconut oil;
- 1 teaspoon of sweetener;
- 1 egg;
- 1 pinch of salt.
How to prepare the dough:
- In a bowl, place the coconut flour, chickpea flour, coconut sugar and sweet cassava starch;
- Add the coconut oil and mix well;
- Add the egg and mix until you get a smooth dough;
- Line the bottom and sides of the pan with the dough;
- Press the dough well;
- Poke small holes in the dough with a fork;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
How to prepare the filling:
- Melt the chocolate;
- Blend the avocado until it becomes a cream;
- Mix the chocolate with the avocado cream until smooth;
- When the dough is ready and cool, pour in the filling;
- Leave in the refrigerator until serving!
