Keto Chocolate Pie – Deliciously Easy Low Carb Recipe! 🍫

Another low carb recipe! That chocolate pie on Sunday is always good! And it’s even better if it’s low carb.

This pie is delicious! It’s creamy and has a crunchy crust similar to a brownie.

And the best part is that it only requires a few ingredients and you can eat it without fear of interfering with your low carb diet.

Ingredients for the filling:

  • 1/2 avocado;
  • 110g of 70% cocoa chocolate;

Ingredients for the dough:

  • 1 cup of coconut flour;
  • 1 cup of chickpea flour;
  • 3 tablespoons of sweet cassava starch;
  • 6 tablespoons of coconut oil;
  • 1 teaspoon of sweetener;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1 pinch of salt.

How to prepare the dough:

  1. In a bowl, place the coconut flour, chickpea flour, coconut sugar and sweet cassava starch;
  2. Add the coconut oil and mix well;
  3. Add the egg and mix until you get a smooth dough;
  4. Line the bottom and sides of the pan with the dough;
  5. Press the dough well;
  6. Poke small holes in the dough with a fork;
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

How to prepare the filling:

  1. Melt the chocolate;
  2. Blend the avocado until it becomes a cream;
  3. Mix the chocolate with the avocado cream until smooth;
  4. When the dough is ready and cool, pour in the filling;
  5. Leave in the refrigerator until serving!
