Keto Banana Cake: Easy to Prepare Low Carb Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour;
  • 1 cup coconut flour;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 3 mashed bananas;
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil;
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder;
  • 2 tablespoons of culinary sweetener.

Preparation method:

  1. Mash the bananas;
  2. Beat the eggs;
  3. Mix the flours and add the bananas and eggs;
  4. Add the coconut oil and sweetener;
  5. Stir until smooth;
  6. Add the yeast and mix to dissolve;
  7. Pour into a greased and floured pan;
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
