Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour;
- 1 cup coconut flour;
- 2 eggs;
- 3 mashed bananas;
- 1/2 cup coconut oil;
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder;
- 2 tablespoons of culinary sweetener.

Preparation method:
- Mash the bananas;
- Beat the eggs;
- Mix the flours and add the bananas and eggs;
- Add the coconut oil and sweetener;
- Stir until smooth;
- Add the yeast and mix to dissolve;
- Pour into a greased and floured pan;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
