Velvety Vanilla Smoothie

1-cup water or milk (milk increase carbohydrate content by 12 grams) Coconut milk is a nice substitute
1 scoop New Millennium Vanilla protein powder (22 grams protein)
cup half n half
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
3-4 ice cubes

In blender, combine liquid ingredients first. Add remainder of ingredients and process until smooth.

Scrumptious Strawberry Swirl

1/3-cup water
cup cranberry-raspberry juice
2 Tbs fresh lemon juice
10 frozen strawberries
1 scoop New Millennium Strawberry protein powder
3 TBS plain yogurt

In Blender, combine liquid ingredients first. Add remainder of ingredients and process until smooth. The water content may be adjusted for desired thickness. If you choose to keep your carbohydrate content lower, omit juice and replace with water.

Creamy Chocolate Coconut

cup coconut milk
cup water
1 TBS Keto Cocoa powder (optional)
1 Scoop New Millennium Chocolate protein powder (22 grams protein)
1 TBS macadamia nut butter (or peanut, almond or hazelnut butter)
3-4 ice cubes

In blender combine liquid ingredients first. Add remainder of ingredients and process until smooth.
